Our Staff
Celia Bardoff, PNP
a graduate of University of Maryland where she received a BS in Family Management & Community Studies and a MS in Pediatric Nursing. Her more than 30 years as a nurse spans from neonates (in the NICU) to adolescent health care. In her ’spare time’, she loves to read & spend time with family. Celia is married and has four grown children and nine grandchildren of whom she is extremely proud.
Jessica Deutsch, PNP
a graduate of University of Maryland where she received bachelors and masters in nursing. She has practiced for the last 10 years in the pediatric emergency department in Annapolis, MD. A lifetime resident of Baltimore, she lives in Towson with her husband and two children (who are both patients of the practice since birth). She enjoys painting, reading and playing with her dog.
Mary Reed, Office Manager
Mary comes to us with years of experience in pediatric private practice. She has 2 sons in the military and recently welcomed her first grandson. He keeps her on her toes when she is not busy crafting.
